I've got one of these. What is it worth? Should I cut it up an sell it page by page?

Sorry that we are unable to provide appraisals, but perhaps comparison with similar items listed for sale would be helpful.
Personally, we're horrified at the thought of hacking up such a beautiful atlas, although it may make some sense if the binding has with age deteriorated beyond repair.
